Rope Cutting Knife HSG-0

HSGM Heating Rope Cutting Knife, including 'R' blade for use with rope diameters of up to 17mm. This model is the HSG-0.

A 220v, hand-operated tool to cut small quantities, recommended for short-time operation only.

Suitable to cut and seal the edges of synthetic fabric, such as cords, ropes, webbing, and belting fabric. Heat up time of blades approx 6-8 seconds. Heat may be controlled by depressing/releasing trigger.

We have several of these knives in regular use in our rope store and have not needed to replace one for well over 6 years, which should give you an indication of it's reliability. We have also successfully cut ropes of 40mm diameter with it, although you do have to work at it a little bit!
