Please use this option to add a soft splice, loop splice or eye splice into your natural or synthetic 3 strand rope with diameters 28mm to 32mm.

A soft splice is achieved by looping the rope back on itself and then interweaving the rope to make a secure join. This is the strongest way of introducing an eye into a rope and enables easy hanging to garden posts or suspending from a branch in a tree.

Spliced decking rope

I ordered a length of rope to use as fence between two front gardens. I cannot fault the quality of the rope, splice (which finishes the rope off perfectly) or service. The website was easy to. I ordered over the Easter weekend and the rope arrived by Wednesday. I would not hesitate to recommend Ropes Direct and would certainly use them again. Very reasonably priced too. The soft eye splice was exactly what I was looking for, and having been at a nautical college many decades ago, I can fully attest that it has been properly constructed, sadly something I could no longer do.
