We operate a very quick turnaround, from the moment you place an order to getting it on board a fast and reliable courier service. They deliver direct to your home or workplace.
NEXT WORKING DAY: Customers in mainland UK (excluding Islands and Scottish Highlands) will usually enjoy next working day delivery on orders placed before midday. When it is really busy the delivery timescale might be 1-2 working days. For heavy items
(over 30kg) the delivery can take a little longer.
COLLECT FROM WAREHOUSE. Order online, choose the collect delivery option and we will email you when ready. Usually within 24 hours.

Returns are by prior agreement
- Please email us in the first instance with your details and the product you wish to return.
- We can only consider items that have been sold within the last 30 days and in perfect (re-saleable) condition.
- We regret we cannot accept items that were cut to length (sold by the metre) or were modified (custom-made), for example a splice.
- Upon safe receipt at our premises and inspection for condition, a refund will be made for the purchase price of the individual item less a 15% re-stocking fee. (If ordering a replacement product we usually waive the re-stocking fee).
- Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Superior Sisal Rope – 8mm by the metrel
This versatile 8mm, 3-strand rope is a premium product, manufactured to a higher technical standard making it firmer and less hairy. It’s strong, durable, low-stretch under load and has excellent grip so it knots well.
Sisal has been used to make rope for more than 200 years. Made from the fibres of the Agave Sisalana plant with no added chemicals so it is a great eco-friendly choice. Safe for animals, and any fibres which are shed on to the soil will biodegrade naturally. People like to use it for pets, in the home, garden and on smallholdings, nurseries and farms.
Cut to the length you want to the nearest metre.
