We operate a very quick turnaround, from the moment you place an order to getting it on board a fast and reliable courier service. They deliver direct to your home or workplace.
NEXT WORKING DAY: Customers in mainland UK (excluding Islands and Scottish Highlands) will usually enjoy next working day delivery on orders placed before midday. When it is really busy the delivery timescale might be 1-2 working days. For heavy items
(over 30kg) the delivery can take a little longer.
COLLECT FROM WAREHOUSE. Order online, choose the collect delivery option and we will email you when ready. Usually within 24 hours.

Returns are by prior agreement
- Please email us in the first instance with your details and the product you wish to return.
- We can only consider items that have been sold within the last 30 days and in perfect (re-saleable) condition.
- We regret we cannot accept items that were cut to length (sold by the metre) or were modified (custom-made), for example a splice.
- Upon safe receipt at our premises and inspection for condition, a refund will be made for the purchase price of the individual item less a 15% re-stocking fee. (If ordering a replacement product we usually waive the re-stocking fee).
- Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Sisal Rope – 8mm x 220m coil
Sisal rope has been made from the fibres of the Agave Sisilana plant for the past 200 years.
It is hairy in texture which makes for excellent grip, it’s easy to knot and looks the part in rustic / garden settings.
As it is a 100% natural rope, any fibres that are shed will safely biodegrade in the ground. It’s also why our 8mm sisal rope is commonly used for garden tying, light lashing, DIY projects, pet toys and decorative knot work.
Sisal stretches very little under load, although like all natural ropes it will shrink in length when wet by 10-15% and expand again when dry.

- Absorbs water: Will shrink in length when wet by 10-15%
- and will sink; expands and contracts with moisture
- Resistant to alkalis; not suitable for acidic environments
- Store dry to avoid rot
- UV: Good resistance to sunlight; may naturally fade over time
- Abrasion: Moderate resistance
