We operate a very quick turnaround, from the moment you place an order to getting it on board a fast and reliable courier service. They deliver direct to your home or workplace.
NEXT WORKING DAY: Customers in mainland UK (excluding Islands and Scottish Highlands) will usually enjoy next working day delivery on orders placed before midday. When it is really busy the delivery timescale might be 1-2 working days. For heavy items
(over 30kg) the delivery can take a little longer.
COLLECT FROM WAREHOUSE. Order online, choose the collect delivery option and we will email you when ready. Usually within 24 hours.

Returns are by prior agreement
- Please email us in the first instance with your details and the product you wish to return.
- We can only consider items that have been sold within the last 30 days and in perfect (re-saleable) condition.
- We regret we cannot accept items that were cut to length (sold by the metre) or were modified (custom-made), for example a splice.
- Upon safe receipt at our premises and inspection for condition, a refund will be made for the purchase price of the individual item less a 15% re-stocking fee. (If ordering a replacement product we usually waive the re-stocking fee).
- Delivery charges will not be refunded.

28mm Synthetic Hemp Woven / Braided Bannister Rope in a bulk 110m coil at a discount.
A modern, elegant take on a traditional rope, which will enhance the look and feel of your bannister, barrier, decking and garden project.
Synthetic Hemp, sometimes called Hempex, is a strong, weatherproof, synthetic rope made to look like a natural hemp rope.
If you are choosing Synthetic Hemp for decking or garden rails, wait for the rope to arrive before drilling holes. Holes will need to be larger than the rope diameter - we advise drilling a test hole first. Watch our video for guidance and top tips.

Why is 28mm synthetic hemp popular as garden rope?
Synthetic hemp has a number of properties that make it suitable as garden rope. For example, it is durable and hard-wearing. It demonstrates excellent UV resistance and doesn’t swell or shrink when it gets wet – making it perfect for prolonged outdoor use.
It’s also incredibly soft to touch. It has an attractive natural hemp appearance and, when bought in this 28mm diameter, offers a wide range of potential uses for the home gardener.
How can I use 28mm synthetic hemp in my garden?
