24mm Synthetic Sisal (Polysteel) rope, on a 220m coil (our image shows a 28mm rope). Ideal for use in and around the garden as a decking rope, a handrail or even for trailing plants. It is made from Polysteel fibres which are around 30% stronger than polypropylene and it is tough, durable and will not shrink or rot.

Delivery and Shipping

We operate a very quick turnaround, from the moment you place an order to getting it on board a fast and reliable courier service. They deliver direct to your home or workplace.

NEXT WORKING DAY: Customers in mainland UK (excluding Islands and Scottish Highlands) will usually enjoy next working day delivery on orders placed before midday. When it is really busy the delivery timescale might be 1-2 working days. For heavy items
(over 30kg) the delivery can take a little longer.

COLLECT FROM WAREHOUSE. Order online, choose the collect delivery option and we will email you when ready. Usually within 24 hours.

Returns

Returns are by prior agreement

  • Please email us in the first instance with your details and the product you wish to return.
     
  • We can only consider items that have been sold within the last 30 days and in perfect (re-saleable) condition.
     
  • We regret we cannot accept items that were cut to length (sold by the metre) or were modified (custom-made), for example a splice.
     
  • Upon safe receipt at our premises and inspection for condition, a refund will be made for the purchase price of the individual item less a 15% re-stocking fee. (If ordering a replacement product we usually waive the re-stocking fee).
     
  • Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Description

24mm Synthetic Sisal (Polysteel) rope, on a 220m coil (our image shows a 28mm rope).

Ideal for use in and around the garden as a decking rope, a handrail or even for trailing plants. It is made from Polysteel fibres which are around 30% stronger than polypropylene and it is tough, durable and will not shrink or rot. It is also UV stabilised all going to make for a very long lasting outdoor rope.

It is smooth to the touch, light brown in colour and is made to look like a natural sisal rope, although a lot less hairy!

Manufactured in Europe for RopesDirect.

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered the 28 to fit predrilled post holes of just over 30mm. Expecting it to fit. It did not as the rope dia is more like 30mm. I phoned and emailed and within the next day they had sent me the next size down and collected my return. Great customer service!

Synthetic sisal polysteel rope

ordered 220mtr of 16mm synthetic sisal polysteel rope with galvanised hard eye splice. It was delivered within a couple of days and well packaged.
The splicing was professionally done to a good standard as well.

First class experience from start to finish! One weekend I had a little project in my mind's eye for my garden with posts, solar lights and ropes, but I know nothing about ropes. I did a bit of research and found the Ropes Direct website clear and helpful, however I baulked a bit about cutting the rope and adding hooks myself (the video showed the use of a blowtorch). I sent an online query and less than 20 minutes after opening for business on the Monday I had a detailed quote, and an offer to cut the rope and fit the hooks for a very reasonable charge. I also received valuable advice about the "drape" I required. Within 24 hours the ropes, hooks and eyes were delivered! Very impressed with the website, quality of product and particularly the customer service from start to finish. I have no hesitation about recommending Ropes Direct.
