A rope swing to suit all preferences

We currently stock four main types of rope swing:

1. Wooden swings

Our Solid Oak Rope Swing is one of the most popular products in this range.

The oak itself is sourced from a family-run hardwood timber mill in Norfolk. As such, it’s exceptional quality, demonstrates excellent strength and durability, and boasts a beautiful natural appearance. This is a large wooden swing set, measuring 750mm x 250mm x 30mm. And it comes paired with 16mm synthetic hemp, which benefits from a soft feel and is suitable for prolonged outdoor use.

In addition, our selection of wooden garden swings also includes:

• a treated pinewood rope swing, paired with 12mm synthetic hemp
• a varnished hardwood rope swing, with 10mm polypropylene rope and galvanised steel rings
• a varnished plywood monkey swing, paired with 12mm synthetic hemp

2. Plastic swings

A choice of plastic tree swings is also available – for domestic use, up to 70kg.

These have a moulded, wrap-around or solid design and feature either a classic rectangular or monkey-swing seat. They all come with 12mm synthetic hemp ropes and galvanised steel rings as standard. And, as a modern – yet just as durable – alternative to the traditional outdoor wooden swing, they’re a particularly good option for younger children.

3. Rubber swings

We currently stock a heavy-duty Rubber Swing. This has a moulded rubber seat, steel clasps, and is teamed with 12mm synthetic hemp rope. Again, it’s a popular choice for small children.

4. Nest swing

This is the latest addition to our collection.

Our children’s nest swing has a circular steel frame, padded with strong comfortable fabric, and adjustable braided ropes. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, it’ll provide hours of fun for the kids, and is another fantastic alternative to a traditional wooden swing or plastic swing set

All of our rope swings come pre-assembled with height adjustable ropes, and are ready to install. However, if you wish to lengthen the swing and ensure the best possible finish, we also have a range of extension ropes, adjustment ropes, and swing hooks.

They demonstrate excellent strength, safety, and durability, are designed for domestic use, and can withstand the weather for many years. They look great and are a nice finishing touch to any garden.

What’s more – whether you opt for wood, plastic, rubber etc. – all of our rope swings are very easy to install and can be quickly hung from a tree branch, pergola, porch or children’s wooden swing set.
