Required 4 lengths of rope, website allowed me to order total length then specify to be supplied in 4 lengths. I asked a question which was answered within 23 hours. Ordered and delivered in two days. Exceptional service and would recommend and will use again.

Needed rope and fixtures for a tree swing for my children but obviously wanted to do the job properly. Bespoke Swing Ropes
Having surfed the net looking for Swing Rope replacements, I almost gave up when i came across Ropes Direct. I decided to email them direct explaining what I wanted and why. I received a same day response which I was so pleased. In response Ropes Direct said they would be able to assist me and asked for some details, sizes and pictures of what it was I was doing. This I happily supplied, a few days later, 2 new bespoke swing ropes had been delivered. Amazing support, response and delivery from start to finish. Ropes Direct made it their business to understand what it was i was trying to achieve. They even responded to my email where I realised I had made a slight mistake in my measurements. Would thoroughly recommend their services and would not hesitate in using them again, thank you.

Great rope for garden use on walkways and play equipment. Feels soft to the touch and wont rot like natural rope will. I’ve used it so many times I always regret not buying more.
