Decorative ropes and fittings
I needed some ropes for a patio area. I found the ropes direct website really useful in helping me find the correct products. I contacted them by phone just to give me some reassurance more than anything. The gentleman I spoke to was most helpful and gave me some installation tips.

Excellent Service
I needed to replace some guy ropes so was looking to buy some synthetic rope. I saw the option for Ropes Direct to make up the splices for me. I ordered on a weekend and the ropes arrived on the second working day. I was amazed by the speed and impressed by the quality of work. Will certainly use Ropes Direct again.

Great communication throughout the delivery process and seems to be a strong product for our project. Time will tell but in all it seems really good.
Traditional is best!
Coir fenders do what they say for larger vessels i.e they do not burst like plastic ones and end up as land-fill for the next few thousand years. They are much cheaper too, and help the economies of developing countries far better than handouts by the UK Government.

Labels please!
The ropes arrived promptly and are exactly what I ordered. The only feedback I can suggest is to label the ropes. I can tell the difference between them, but someone else might not, as I ordered the same diameters and lengths (they’re for a project, I want to see which rope is best for my needs)
Other than that, gold star!
