There were many choice available with ropesdirect and once ordered i received regular updates plus a follow up once iy had been delivered. I had ordered rope size that was 3mm smaller than the pre-drilled holes . Unfortunately I couldn’t get the rope through but upon contacting ropes direct they sent a video through on how to get the rope through. This worked perfectly so not only was the product great the service matched it

Purple Barrier Rope
I ordered a 2m length of rope to check quality. I was happy and ordered a further 4m length to finish my project. When the 4m length arrived I noticed that it was slightly different to the 2m length. I reported this to Ropes Direct and they replaced the 4m with 4m of matching rope THE NEXT DAY!!!!! Great quality rope and customer service. Thank you Russell.

Just what I needed! Even though I did not know I needed it
I wanted to sort out a useful and classic toy to amuse the grandchildren. We have a tree in the garden and a swing seemed the perfect solution. But I was foxed as to how u would fix the thing to the tree. I am handy with a few knots but did not want to risk ringing the bark. This extension lead with fittings was ideal. Arrived a say or two later and comms was superb. Loved doing business with you guys!
