Ordered the wrong item to start and asked about return. Was so helpful and sent a sample of the 4mm cotton which was exactly what I needed. Sent the first item back and they supplied the other with no problem and sent the product promptly. Excellent service all round.
Great products with speedy delivery
Great rope, needed it to make some hanging baskets in my summer house. Website also had clear instructions on how to make it, perfect for a novice such as myself! Delivery was super quick. There were many choice available with ropesdirect and once ordered i received regular updates plus a follow up once iy had been delivered. I had ordered rope size that was 3mm smaller than the pre-drilled holes . Unfortunately I couldn’t get the rope through but upon contacting ropes direct they sent a video through on how to get the rope through. This worked perfectly so not only was the product great the service matched it
