Terrific customer service

The rope and twine were just what I needed….but the real point is, I didn’t know what I needed and Russell …I think that’s his name…was just so helpful. advising me on the options and not pressing me to buy expensive stuff I really didn’t need. And then, the rope and twine arrived within two days. That’s outstanding service on all fronts and I shall certainly use the company again.

I ordered 12metres of the rope, as I wanted to use it as beading for my bedroom instead of skirting boards. I put down cutting instructions, as I wanted specific lengths and received a personalised email to confirm my order and instructions. The rope arrived within a few days and it is absolutely perfect! An excellent purchasing experience. I called to ask advice on the rope I needed and the person I spoke to was knowledgeable and very helpful.

I placed my order online and the company called me later that day with a slight supply issue but it was resolved, simply and without fuss, over the phone right away and the rope arrived next day, as promised.
