Great quality rope at a very good price. Courier costs expensive for a small quantity but arrived next day. Perhaps look at cheaper delivery costs for non urgent items.

Ordered late one evening, despatched the following morning and arrived before lunch on day 2. You can’t expect better service than that. The product itself, which I’ve used before to sling a hammock, is excellent and exactly as described.

Great service
Hi, the website had good info to help me choose the right products, the products arrived promptly and in great condition. I’ve used the jute twine before and it did the job really well on my market garden – supporting tomato plants and pea netting with no breakages during the season. Haven’t used the sisal twine yet but it looks seriously heavy duty. My only comment (not complaint) is that it would be lovely to have a plastic-free packaging option. I can appreciate for people using the ropes for decorative/craft purposes that the extra protection might be needed, but for someone like me, I’d be happy just to receive the balls of twine inside the mailing bag without any additional plastic 🙂

Extension Rope for Tree Swing
Very good quality rope, easy to attach and thread through. Good service, was received within 2 days. Was just a bit disappointed that the price had risen over the weekend, I should have ordered 2 but stupidly only ordered one. The first order costs 26.16 the second 28.14 for the same product!

Exceptional Customer Service & Product.
3 yrs ago we bought two lengths of the 36mm rope to finish off a portion of garden decking. I was struggling to determine the lengths required to give a nice gentle sag between the posts, but Russell who obviously has the experience, forwarded the ropes complete with fitted cups and they were perfect. Move on to present day and I’ve had to replace one of the posts. In my haste to complete the job I set that particular post at a slight angle…nothing too far out but the rope dropped by a fair amount and need shortening by a couple of inches. Russell, gentleman that he is, took a few minutes to explain the technique involved in cutting and re-sealing the end of the rope to prevent fraying and fastening it securely back in the cup. The guy is a pleasure to deal with..as is the lady who answered my initial enquiry.
