SISAL ROPE

Excellent customer service
I ordered 4m of sisal and it arrived very quickly, but unfortunately it was only 2m. I phoned customer support who were very helpful and apologised for the mistake and agreed to send a replacement asap. This arrived the following day (a Saturday). That is what I call top quality customer service.
Great Natural Rope

Rope End Finish
We were putting decking in our garden and decided to put rope around the edge with chrome rope ends to hold the rope tight. We are really glad we made that decision as it finished off the decking very well. The product we received was of an excellent good quality and arrived very quickly.
