Great service, spoke with the staff who talked me through the measurement process and advised me on the best rope and thickness. Easy to order and quick delivery. Good product – Poor Courier

The rope was exactly as described and seems to be good quality. Unfortunately the courier failed to deliver and claimed to Ropes Direct that they had left a card. After offering camera footage, the courier delivered the following day. Ropes Direct very good. APC very poor

Fantastic customer service and great product

Thank you so much for all your help with the rope for my children’s swings. From the long conversations talking through how best to attach it to our very large oak tree to helping me work out the measurements and pick the right rope. The rope itself not only does the job but looks fantastic and seems to be of a very high quality. All the neighbours are very jealous and our children are over the moon. Thank you very much.

I received an email today asking for a testimonial and thought, yeah right I won’t get my rope for a week at least it’s international shipping. Yet this afternoon there is was. I am amazed and impressed with their prompt service. Not only did I receive my rope very fast but when I contacted the company with questions they were answered the same day.
