Satin Chromed, brass bracket for attaching a 36mm rope to a wooden post or similar, complete with a cross screw to secure the rope in place and 4 screws.

The backing plate has a diameter of 50mm and the bracket an overall projection of 100mm.

This Brushed Chrome solid brass support bracket enhances the appearance of your rope and also helps to prolong its life.

When used with a natural fibre rope (especially Manila) you should consider using a fitting size up from the rope. Natural fibre ropes can sometimes measure generously.

I used these on my patio with the hemp rope to make a hand rail for the steps to the garden and also as I didn’t want to drill holes through my wooden posts I used them to create the balustrade between posts. They are a snug fit on the rope which gives a good look when finished but took a little time to thread through. (I needed 14 and with creating corners with the rope so that’s why it took me a while. Definitely would recommend, a good quality product.Colin (11 Sep 2021, 06:08)
