For example, if you order a 4m rope with a splice on one end, we use just over 4m of rope to allow us to splice a loop, but the end product remains 4m.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you'd like to splice the rope yourself we suggest you practise on some old rope first - 10mm-16mm rope is nice to work with!
