The whole process from ordering to taking delivery was easy. The website is easy to navigate and find which products you want to order. I did make an error in ordering when I didn’t order matching hardware. No problem, I got a phone call the next day checking that I had ordered correctly. I hadn’t realised my error so I would have been disappointed when I received them and they didn’t match. The order was quickly amended and I received my items by tracked delivery the following day. Top notch customer service in my opinion. I wish every company was like this. I won’t hesitate to order from here again.

Very easy website to navigate, easy to purchase, very good delivery and the product looks like it will do the job well.
It is to be used for mousing lines for lazy jacks and flag halyards and others for wintering on the hard to avoid winter damage to crucial ropes saving money and the environment to boot!

8mm & 10mm cotton rope and 8mm & 10mm natural flax hemp rope
I bought these lengths of rope for dog leads that I was making and also to practice my splicing, which I hadn’t done before. The rope was really nice to work with and I was pleased with how the splicing turned out.

I recently looked on Ropes direct website and was overwhelmed with the amount of choice so I phoned the contact number for advice. Got through straight away and was passed to technical department who was very very helpful. Placed order at at 10am and it arrived before 10 the following day. Invoice was emailed Perfect. Will not be looking anywhere else next time I require rope. I don’t normally bother writing a review but this firm certainly deserve praise.
