This is the third purchase I’ve made from Ropes Direct having returned to them again for the first-class service received previously. On this occasion I did the transaction ‘the old way’ over the phone rather than using the webpage. I’m sorry I can’t remember the gentleman’s name (Russell) but it was exactly the way I like to do business; pleasant, cheerful, and efficient. The rope arrived within 24hrs by courier. Nothing was too much trouble
I was looking for a specific custom made rope with a ring attached for agricultural purposes. Struggled to find what I was looking for on google search so ended up messaging 5 companies with my specifications. Very quickly Russell emailed me back confirming he could do this and quoted a very reasonable price. No other companies returned my enquiry. I was a bit worried about ordering online Incase I ordered the wrong item so I phoned Russell who very kindly organised this over the telephone. Despite the current climate delivery was very quick and the ordered rope was the best quality rope we have ever ordered. Excellent service and product. Highly recommend this company. Excellent service in difficult times
This is the first time I have used the Company and would definitely use it again when I need more stock. The cotton cord arrived within a couple of days of ordering and the tracking system meant I knew exactly when it would be delivered. Great service and a great product.
