I was so glad I rang for advice rather than guessed what I needed online. The advice and service I was given was excellent and it considered all sorts of things that would never have occurred to meet think about; uv stability, flexibility re ability to knot it etc. My rope was delivered the next day, less than 24 hours after I ordered it. ( During COVID times too!!!!!)

I wanted this rope to use as part of a garden architectural design (sounds v grand for something quite simple.) The rope was delivered on time and at once I recognised that this was rope of the highest specification. Not only is it now an integral part of my design, but it looks amazing. What is even more pleasing is that it made me want to use the rope in a dozen of other ways, garden swing rope, for hand rails, even for climbing!! Now I know that this is not the best type of rope for a lot of things, by actually having it in my hands made me want to do -exciting “stuff” with it, even though at 70 my days of swinging out on a rope over a river are long gone. Or are they??

This is the third purchase I’ve made from Ropes Direct having returned to them again for the first-class service received previously. On this occasion I did the transaction ‘the old way’ over the phone rather than using the webpage. I’m sorry I can’t remember the gentleman’s name (Russell) but it was exactly the way I like to do business; pleasant, cheerful, and efficient. The rope arrived within 24hrs by courier.
