I have to say this is the second order I have placed with Ropes Direct and they are absolutely fabulous, both in products and in customer service. On this occasion I ordered two precut lengths with heat sealed ends – WOW – how much easier to fit that cutting the first lot by ourselves and trying to get them to fit lol (we did in the end but it took so much longer. We fitted two lengths between posts in around 15 minutes ! My caravan deck now looks absolutely fab. Thank you so much – would highly recommend this company and service. :o)
