I just want to give feedback on your mobile site. I made this purchase and the site is really hard to navigate on a mobile. I had thought I was purchasing 16mm thick cotton rope but it appears that I bought 20mm rope as that is what arrived. I read your returns and it says you don’t do refunds for cut pieces. Which is frustrating with an online sale (I could understand if it were in the shop), so now I’ve had to re-buy the amount needed in 16mm. I’m not particularly happy about this and think that the buying experience would have been error free if your website were built better to fit mobile platforms. The formatting isn’t great when you have to enter information and click options, often either not appearing or saying something other than is there.

Excellent advice
I needed two lengths of 8.5metres. This option was not available on the website, and so I thought it best to give Ropes Direct a call. On the phone I received excellent customer service. Not only was this possible, but I got excellent advice about the diameter (which I changed to advice) and also the end-sealing and decoration conditions. The ropes were delivered promptly, and were perfect. I followed advice on fitting the ropes to the steps posts, and it worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend Ropes Direct, and shop again with them.

We called Ropes Direct, needing rope desperately for the next day for an event, after their had been a problem with our own. Not only was the product great, and it arrived promptly on time the next day, the customer service that we received was fantastic. Excellent customer service. There was a problem with the amount I could order as they were low on stock so it had to be done by phone.
They promised to check the stock and get back to me that day, which they did, and I received the rope the next day.
