Hi, the website had good info to help me choose the right products, the products arrived promptly and in great condition. I’ve used the jute twine before and it did the job really well on my market garden – supporting tomato plants and pea netting with no breakages during the season. Haven’t used the sisal twine yet but it looks seriously heavy duty. My only comment (not complaint) is that it would be lovely to have a plastic-free packaging option. I can appreciate for people using the ropes for decorative/craft purposes that the extra protection might be needed, but for someone like me, I’d be happy just to receive the balls of twine inside the mailing bag without any additional plastic 🙂
