Goods in unused and resaleable condition may be returned by prior agreement only. Upon safe receipt at our premises and inspection for condition a refund will then be made for the purchase price for the individual item less payment card transaction costs. Delivery charges incurred will not be refunded.
We regret that cut lengths of rope cannot be returned.
