"Hi, We purchased 6mm rope from you on the 2nd August and have only just opened it, having only just run out. It is actually 8mm rope. I realise that it has been some time now since we ordered the product and there is probably nothing you can do but I came across this e-mail asking for a review and thought I should make you aware so that it doesn't happen again as we like the rope on our products and will probably order more in the future.
